It needs to be done in the daylight. I know it has more risk this way, but we need to get the people involved along with the facilities. The advisors, the scientists, these are more difficult to replace.

I think if we really wanted to, we could wipe it out in a few seconds.

We can take care of it in a couple of days with air strikes and they wouldn't be able to stop us The schedule could be posted, leaflets could be dropped, and two-hours warning to get out of the facilities, and they still couldn't stop anything.
