Four Central Florida middle school students were arrested Monday for allegedly ripping off the clothes off classmates and then snapping photos with their cell phones, according to a Local 6 News report.
Investigators said the boys, ages 12, 13 and 14 years old, attacked the girls Friday at Tavares Middle School in Lake County, Fla., in the back of a school bus. The boys then allegedly groped the girls and took pictures of them.
Cell phone video allegedly showed one of the girls screaming for help while the boys touch her breasts, according to the report.
Police said the attack continued after the boys got off the bus when they pulled another girl by her hair. When she fell, detectives said they put their hands up her skirt.
Detectives said it is a crime that comes close to being rape, Local 6 reporter Jessica Sanchez reported.
"You forcibly hold someone down, you remove their clothing, you are fondling that person -- if these children had been adults, this is a crime, if convicted, they would be labeled sex offenders for the rest of their lives," Lake County sheriff's Sgt. Christie Mysinger said.
Police said two of the boys have confessed to taping the attacks with their cell phones, Local 6 News reported.
Also, police are looking at surveillance video from the school bus.
All of the boys face felony charges.
Would have been regarded as good clean fun in 1960. today, the boys are in for a real nightmare.

You must have grown up in an entirely different world from me. I grew up in the 50's and 60's, and this kind of thing would have resulted in serious consequences.
Fathers and brother should take care of this problem. These little Canadians will not get anything but kid gloves by the authorities, along with a wet noodle tongue lashing. If they had assaulted my children, the little SOBs would be crab bait. The MEN in this country need to reclaim America and serve notice on such predators that they need to move to easier pickings. The police are not going to do it. The legal system is not going to do it. They respond to these problems in their aftermath. Fathers can get the message out the same day, that this is not going to be tolerated. So now, we send our children out to first be victimized, and then had the perps over to a "justice system" which is impotent to construct deterrence. Deterrence is when you remove one testicle and hand it to him, and tell him if he even thinks about it again, his head will be removed. Preemption.

Look at the pictures. You can get a million dollar judgement from them and they have nothing to give up. The school systems may pay and these creeps will then be even happier that they f*****d the school system. Only people who have something to loose will be constrained by fear of a lawsuit judgement against them.
I think it is good for kids to have cell phones. I expect them to be on all the time and I can call them anytime and take their psychic temperature. Allows them freedom with a sense of obligation. Wonder of modern parenting. For $10 per month it is well worth it. Also, I get a listing of every # they call and when at the end of the month. Pic phones? Hmmm, haven't thought that through.

My 14 year-old ninth grader has been in the same Christian school since she was in Kindergarten. Not cheap, but worth every dime.
