Bob Barr is now probably on some unseen TSA hit list and will be given a thorough search next time he flies.

the tsa can probably fine him for "nonphysical disruption" just for writing his article.
the fine will be about $2,000.
i mean, disruption doesn't necessarily have to take place at the airport, especially if it's nonphysical.

A fine of up to $1,500 can be levied (after the fact, of course) against an air traveler for something called "nonphysical interference with screening."...One of eight "aggravating factors" listed in the new Guidelines is the "attitude of violator." Don't sass your masters or you'll feel the sting of the whip, filthy peasant.
