Red State ^ | 2/24/2020 | Nick Arama

The Ninth Circuit has been known as a bastion of liberal activism for years.

It was perhaps the best example of everything that President Donald Trump was elected to try to correct, with a return to what the Court is actually supposed to be doing, adhering to the Constitution and not to political activism.

"So it’s not the 9th Circus anymore?"

Seems like there is still no shortage of judicial clowns there.

No, Trump flipped the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

It’s the 6th CCA after the flipping. ;-)

“Flipped” is horseclinton.

More judges on the 9th have been appointed by Trump than any other President, but we are still in the great minority, 19 to 10, with BJ Clinton, the father of the Coward Bush brothers and the Fraud against us.

Oh Me Garsh.

This surprises the LA Times?

If they didn't see this coming they have no business being in the newspaper business.

Democrats are just drooling to ‘Stack the Courts’ by changing the number of judges allowed as soon as they gain control if ever-

Not really flipped. That blue slip rule means anyone who was there through Bush was likely among the disaster of judges

The 9th needs to be broken up into at least two, if not three separate Circuits.

Just think of the underlying reality of that headline. What they are saying is that politics and political bias are what determine judicial decisions and ultimately what is called 'justice' in the US.

That's an inadvertent admission of how screwed up the judiciary is. The judiciary was never intended to be an activist wing of government. It was supposed to be a bedrock of stability whose duty is to ensure adherence to the basic principles of the Constitution and spirit of our Republic, ensure fairness under the law, and to blindly seek truth. It has instead become a political action committee dressed in black robes.

Still a 16-13 Dem majority.

But not 25-5 like before.

The democrats are creaming their depends! Their only hope is an old Jew-hating communist who owns 3 homes and adores the castros.

I never did.
But then, I paid attention to the speeches he was giving to the United Nations, to the Bilderbergers, to the Council On Foreign Relations, and similar venues while he was Vice President.

He openly outlined his plan for a post nationalist North American Union even then.

I didn't vote for him in 1988 because I believed he wanted to destroy our national sovereignty. And I believed HW Bush wanted to sublimate our national sovereignty to a new continental North American Union because he said so.

That said, the first Gulf War was the first time that we had rational rules of engagement since the second world war.
