Is this something?
Scott Adams talked about this on his Periscope video today. He made this point: This might be something important ("something that could dent the universe," as he put it) because people aren't citing policy reasons for their #WalkAway from the Democrat Party.
He believes (as I do) that logic is a slave of the emotions, and what we call "logical analysis" is really just the part of the brain that thinks it's in charge making up a post-facto justification to explain what has already been decided by the emotional, primal part of the brain.
Anyway, he thinks it's important that rather than citing policy reasons or logical stuff like that as the reason for the #WalkAway from the Democrat party, people are citing the feeling that the Democrat party is manipulating them with fake, ginned-up fear.
That kind of thing runs deeper than logic, the feeling that someone is conning you.
So who knows, maybe this is something.
Juan Williams is now claiming that it is "being reported" that ICE is running "black sites."
Suspend him.
This bit of #FakeNews comes, it seems, courtesy of the Socialist/Democrat loony-tunes candidate that just won against Crowley:
Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed on Wednesday that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is running "black sites" at the border. During an interview on CNN's "Newsroom" with Poppy Harlow, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez explained the difficultly that reporters and members of Congress have gaining access to some child-holding facilities, creating a "secretive nature" that justified the term. She said the agency has extrajudicial structure "baked in," which allows them to get away with running these sites.
She offered no evidence for this, because she's making it up and also insane.
Juan Williams likewise offered no evidence for this, or that there were "investigations" into it, apart from this radical leftist rabble-rouser's own personal "investigation."
Fox News previously suspended Andrew Napolitano (I won't call him "judge;" he's a commentator) for making the unsubstantiated claim that British spy agencies eavesdropped on Trump.
A claim, I think, likely to be resolved in his favor at some point.
Juan Williams must be suspended for his own #FakeNews.
Suspend this stupid, ignorant f__k.
Rep. Ron DeSantis to Rosenstein: You're more conflicted in the Mueller Probe than Sessions was/is. Why haven't you recused yourself?

92% of Republicans think the media just flat-out makes up #FakeNews; but 72% of people overall think that, including 79% of Indepdents.
Axios highlights the "Republicans" part of the finding but ignores that fact that Independents think the media deliberately makes up #FakeNews at almost the same percentage as Republicans.
Here's an example of why America believes the media makes up news: This NBC story claiming that Trump began a "pilot program" for separating children from illegal immigrant parents in... 2016.
I sort of think someone else was president in 2016. But "Trump continued program started by Obama" doesn't get as many Outrage Clicks. So they just lied.
72% of the public think that social media companies censor views they don't like. Because they do.
George Will is a ridiculous puffed-up cuck.
BTW: A friend made up a new insult. Instead of "Acela Corridor Republicans," he's calling them the "Incela Corridor Media" or just "Incela Republicans."
Happy Friday Night!
There isn’t a Democrat Party anymore. It’s the Socialist Demokratische Party now.
That's the part that gets me--so many of them can't see it.
Back in 2015, I came around to the idea that the public was being continually agitated by deliberate action. That's when I really began to tune out most of the crap. Any new controversy gets a 48-hour waiting period from me before I comment publicly.
I wish everyone would read Sharyl Attkisson's book The Smear.
Won’t amount to much. We’ll see in November.
We’re going to have to build a wall between us and the new Socialist Party. Geez. That’s going to cost.
As FReeper Drew68 said on another thread: President Trump is going to need a bigger tent for everyone the Democrats chase away from their new party.
Then one needs to explain how I've been able to convince several committed left-wingers that Vince Foster was murdered.

Trump is winning at every step. Not only is he winning, but he's clearly having fun winning! He's proud to win, not ashamed of winning.
People like winners. They like being part of a winning team. WINNING IS FUN!
Now look at the Democrats. They're losing. Sad, angry, morose losers. They're lashing out and having tantrums. They're depressed, seeing therapists.
Nobody likes depressed losers.
And it's going to snowball. The more President Trump wins, the more the Democrats lose and the next thing you know, everyone you talk to will be like, "Yeah, I voted for him! He's great!"
Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
Nope. Someone IS AND HAS BEEN deceiving them. Their only means of survival outside of the collecttive is through reason and logic. Their reason and logic IS FINALLY KICKING IN. It's a must have to survive on your own, for your own rational self-interest.
Yep. Well stated.
My father raised 6 kids and 14grandchildren on winners never quit and quitters never win.
They're in too much of a rush to get a story out and be the first to talk about it -- and are not concerned whether it's true - as long as it sounds good and furthers their agenda.
Many times -- once the facts are in -- they have to backtrack, which they do as quickly and quietly as possible.
Juan should know better, but he seemingly loves to bluster about racism being a factor in everything.
I am so glad I dont have such a problem of walking away. I never voted for Democrats and I love voting since I became new citizen.
Wont amount to much. Well see in November.
Exactly. I take it with a big grain of salt. Id like to know how many of these walkaways are leaving because theyre pissed at what they perceive is a slow pace the dems are taking to go full-on communist.
Has been for years. Now, they admit it.
“Cautiously optomistic” is always the best outlook. I’m not sold 100%.
