Viking Kitties,
I you have noticed, I have been absent from some of The Cult of the Viking Kitties latest Troll-hunts; however, I have been on a mission that may have a grave impact on Viking Kitties everywhere. I have just returned from completing some under-cover detective work and research and I believe that I have discovered the reason behind the sudden shift in the Admin Moderator’s treatment of Trollish threads on Free Republic.
As you are all aware, the Admin Mods have been pulling threads upon discovery of a denizen from the fetid pit of Trollish thought and before the Viking Kitties are able to summon forces of Good to vanquish the evil Trolls through the use of mockery, pictures, and sarcasm. With these changes, the Viking Kitties have been left at starvation levels for lack of a good ZOT! for many days and things are staring to look grim for our furry protectors.
My work has taken me to the site of many pulled threads and deep into the mystic archives of Viking Kittie Knowledge. All these placed provided clues to the changes that have taken place here in Free Republic and why the Admin Moderators have been pulling the threads long before we are able to play and let the Kitties feast on the carcasses of the fallen Trolls. Another has entered the fray on the side of the Trolls, providing them protection from the Viking Kitties and mollifying the minds of the Admin Moderators while they make a hasty retreat to their dank, nasty lair. This new evil was little known before my time as a Priest of The Cult of the Viking Kitties but it sometimes manifested itself in our world to torment human-kind and then retreat into the ether. This new alliance against the Viking Kitties will be very difficult to overcome now that they have slyly convinced the Admin Moderators to allow safe passage back to their world. We must be canny with our means of detection if the Viking Kitties are to feed and remember that the Moderators are not willing accomplices in this treachery as they have been deceived by the Trolls and their masters, Gnome Liberation Front . These little creatures have been slowly and secretly undermining Free Republic from their garden homes. As they spread throughout gardens by well-meaning humans, their influence grew. Once these houses gained Internet access, they were able to jump the digital divide and start raining their tiny brand of chaos on in the Internet and that’s when they met up with the Trolls. Once allied, they have combined forces to spread their web of deceit and lies. Even the powerful Admin Moderators have been affected by the coy appearance of the Gnome that belies the heart of a demon. Once decieved, they have been turned into a tool of the Troll, thus leaving Viking Kitties to starve.
This is a time of great turmoil and hardship; however, as supporters of the Viking Kitties, we must be vigilant and prepared to fight this new menace!

in your neighbors yard or garden, they maybe harboring the creatures that have been plaguing Free Republic. These "balls" come in many colors and sizes but function just the same. Worse yet, you may have bee inadvertantly aiding and abetting these foul, diminutive creatures and their hulking Troll allies lay waste to our site and letting the Viking Kitties starve.
This cannot stand! Say no to Gazing Balls and Say Yes to Freedom! Long Live the Viking Kitties!
Beware friends of the Viking Kitties, evil knows us now.

The prophesy has come true! Oh, there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth for the Viking Kitties until the Overlord Returns!
Until then, they will not cease int corrupting our society...
