Until Trump becomes the nominee, he cannot access general election funds and he doesn't get the security briefings, not having the security clearance as the nominee.

If Trump is the nominee, then he’s due everything the nominee receives. Until she drops out, he gets nothing.
I think that does change.
The good news? She is spending Other People’s Money.
He’ll get it on Super Tuesday, only ten days away.

But even if she drops out, Trump won’t get the nomination until the National Conention nominates him.

She is auditioning for the VP slot on the Democrat ticket to create a “ticket of national unity.”
I am not Trump fan, but the way the Republican primaries are set (winner take all on a lot of them) Haley has little to say about who the winner is.
General Election funds wouldn’t happen until the convention—same with the security briefings. I don’t believe “presumptive nominee” would trigger either of the situations you note.

I would not want a security briefing from the White House pervert squad.
I wouldn’t even want to be in the same room with them—and definitely would not trust anything they said about anything.
Listened to NPR “covering” the SC primary, and it was appalling trashing trump every 3rd sentence. They had on some real twit sounding chick from something call Pivot Point. They were in SC to try to get democrats (only 4% of democrats voted in the dem primary 96% for joey bags biden, but there’s nothing stopping those other dems who didnt vote, to vote in the repub primary. Oddly allowed to do it) to vote in the republican primary... for Nikki Haley and “democracy” . It didn’t work and the commenter was almost tearful about how essential Haley is to ... democracy. Unbelievable BS. This is govt paid NPR public radio, and they had the gall to call Pivot Point “non-partisan” which the guest commenter demonstrated quite apparent— they are all dem machine.
So yeah the dem donor supporting haley are in it to screw with the money— but they probably can’t afford what they just wasted 74.6 million on SC? Who has that kind of piss away money? Anyway a blurb from what was on NPR— laughing throughout the broadcast on the completely venal and mindless robots for... Biden (or Haley to insure biden). FWIW which is very little—nobody listens to NPR except their echo chamber.
