As an actual lawyer, I can tell you having an undisclosed romantic relationship with your specially hired prosecutor is more than enough justification. Add in the money, its a slam dunk.
They say these things that are complete lies and the MSM just repeats. This is first year ethics class stuff. Any lawyer could tell you, assuming they are honest with their opinion and not driven by political bias.

The Judge should find this lawyer in Contempt of Court, Sanction him a minimum of $100,000, refer him for permanent and immediate disbarment and then JAIL him for 90 days.
