EVERETT, WA — Following a slight hiccup involving a tin can and 6,000 PSI of water pressure in the unforgiving depths of the Northern Atlantic Ocean, deep-sea tourism company OceanGate is now offering a 20% off coupon for its next tour.
"All startups have small delays and hindrances," said the brand, brand-new CEO of OceanGate, "Like Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos, we are just gonna keep swimming and continue to provide an unforgettable experience for customers."
The CEO said ticket sales are no longer limited to billionaires: multi-millionaires are now permitted to purchase tickets as long as they have the 20% off coupon in hand at the time of purchase. He added that other perks are being considered to really entice potential buyers during this momentary dip in sales. Some perks include:
Free Nintendo Wii remotes (redeemed in gift shop following successful tour) Family discount (small families only) Taco Tuesday 100% money-back guarantee if crushed in the cold, black abyss At publishing time, tickets had been snatched up by a single customer, the director of Canada's medically-assisted suicide program.

I don’t think we should laugh but how can we not?
Kinda harsh by the Bee...
If I knew somebody in that sub I wouldn’t be too happy. But America is losing its sense of humor so it’s good to have the BB!

Saves a lot of money by waiting until afterwards.
Sounds good .... just make sure its for a round trip ticket.
Too soon?
I agree. Not funny. Ridicule a tragedy like this?
Extreme hubris that gets others killed should be ridiculed mercilessly...
There is so much that can be learned from this disaster.
Humor is a great teacher.
Example: What do you call the 10K non-refundable deposit if you decide not to take the voyage?
Answer: Sunk cost.
;-)
The tour company was and is a virtue signaling woke-a-palooza. Its surviving officers are numbnut jerks that need to be tarred, feathered, and dragged over the coals for the good of society.
...I'd be crushed.
Get half your money back if you come back up alive.
Steve Harvey: when something bad happens, in about an hour, we got the jokes.
‘I’d be Crushed!’
Ha!

I’m watching TITANIC because seeing

Always cheered me up.

Could very well be a false flag. Some very strange oddities: steering by $40 gameboy controller, hull warrented for 1/3 the depth it went, one pax a descendant of the richest man in the world in 1912, Strauss, opposed to the FED, along with other FED opponents, JP Morgan decides not to board a few minutes prior to departure, prior to titanic a novel that talks about an unsinkable ship sinking - ship named Titan like the sub,...
It is kind of soon for the Bee to joke about this tragedy...
Bwahahahaha! You’re going to hell for that one!
Sometimes I think I am in a simulation/dreamand the odd connections are a way to wake us up.
Perhaps you are literally correct.
Case in point: the classified material saga - from HRC’s 30,000 emails with classified material in her bathroom server, shifting to Pence’s classified material, to bidEn’s (Sinator, VP)... nada consequences, to DJT getting indicted. It’s all connected, and to wake us up... it is waking up plenty, slowly but surely. Still, though, too many fast asleep.
How about a “Going Out of Business” sale???
