Police say the pit bulls must go through a "dangerous dog evaluation" I might be going out a a limb here, and what do I know anyway, but it seems to me the dogs already have been "evaluated" and found dangerous. Killing someone really clinches the "evaluation".

So just today, I’ve read two stories on pit-bull attacks. This one and an attack on a two year-old. I don’t want to hear that it’s not the dog, it must be the owner’s fault. These dogs obviously have the inherent attribute to attack and kill.
