What if MAGA Americans altogether and all at once simply said, "No more"? What if they shrugged their shoulders and let everything fall down?
Congressional lizards posing as "leaders" met with China Joe in the Roosevelt Room of the White House, and the wretched gerontocracy that rules over us looked happy as clams to be reunited after the political theater of the midterms. Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Kevin McCarthy, and Turtle McConnell all sported sly, devilish grins that suggested they got exactly what they wanted in last month's elections.
In undermining MAGA candidates, Turtle's iron-fisted control over his Republican minority remains absolute. Up-Chuck and Child-Sniffer Joe still hold the Senate and retain the power to ram more lawless federal judges through confirmation (with Lindsey Graham's obedient assistance, of course). Middling McCarthy has such a weak House majority that he will end up playing so much ball with Democrats in the name of "compromise" that "selling out" will continue being Republicans' favorite sport.

So MAGA voters have tried electing Republican majorities, electing complete outsiders, protesting, and speaking loudly — and for their peaceful efforts, they have had Republican backstabbers betray them repeatedly, their legitimately elected president fraudulently targeted as part of a running coup d'état, their assembled protests infiltrated by the FBI, their friends hunted down as "terrorists," their elections manipulated, their free speech censored, and the installed president of the United States declaring war upon them. At some point, a rational person might wonder how much more MAGA Americans will endure before they simply "walk away."

I don’t think it will happen, but it is interesting to think about.
Simple. The nation would fall into chaos. The Chinese would likely move in, or failing that, civil war would break out, resulting in tens of millions dead. In the end, there would likely be a Balkanization of the USA, with the survivors living a much reduced existence, both materially and with greatly reduced freedom.
Benn looking for that hidden valley for a while now with no success.
After a time of chaos, we would see the rise of warlords. Eventually, one would arise that would promise a peace but at the cost of servitude. Millions would die but that is a price the left will gladly pay.
I’m not sure there’s much difference between walking away and doing what we are doing. Seems that the Uniparty is determined to do what it wants whether we particpate in the “democratic” process or not.

My thought exactly. Let this entire, corrupt political mess burn.
We need a 10 million man march on Washington DC. No violence. No yelling and shouting. No weapons. Just signs that say what we really want like free and fair elections, term limits and closed borders. Maybe a 1776 fife and drums leading the way. What a picture it would make. Just a quiet march to let DC know the silent majority is alive and well and we mean to stay.
All that is happening now, thanks to Mitch McCarthy pretending to be the opposition.
Ask yourself, isn’t that already happening, the divide between rich and poor is getting greater at an accelerated pace, China is already moving in, taking over key industries, and based on where people are moving, the balkanization is already taking place.
In major cities, theft has been decriminalized, cops are being defunded, and chaos is running ratowards mpant.
IMO, what you are describing is already taking place, I would favor a movement towards an “Atlas Shrugged” moment.

Example: Because nobody ran against Tim Scott in the primary, I did not vote for him in the general. I do not know if the republican party pays attention to this or not.
The south seceded from the union after it realized that it would become a permanent political minority. That was the last straw. It’s clear that the RINOs will collaborate with Democrats to defeat MAGA candidates. The whole system is rigged against us. It is beyond repair. We are Atlas. Let’s shrug.

This is fantasy. It won’t happen because ‘shrugging’ must be organized, and needs to happen by, say 20%-30% of the republic, and the form isn’t even defined or unified in any way. There are zero Galts in sight.
The ruling class has us under control with just enough bread and circuses. Did the Covid oppression teach this writer anything?

Wouldn’t amount to a rat’s fart. We’ve had millions on the Mall more than once before to no avail. Until those bastards actually pay a price for their shenanigans it won’t stop.
