I can't find any news regarding an expectation of the Emergency Use Authorization expiration on 1/7/2022.
Has it expired ? Has it been reauthorized ?
Or is it now permanent ?

I went to the .gov site search engine gave but can not find any data on any of my questions.
Any freepers out there have anything ?
Maybe they hope we won't notice and memory hole the whole box of chains.

So the current shots are still EUA and therefore cannot be mandated.
Has there been a legal challenge based on EUA items not being mandate-able and the non EUA shot not being available?

There’s a challenge in Texas I think regarding the federal mandate of the military shots. I believe a federal judge there has rejected the claim that the BioNTECH is the same jab as Comirnity.
