MOAB (AP) — Every day for the past two weeks, Sean-Paul Schulte sits at the same picnic table at Swanny City Park in Moab.
He brings cookies, flowers, pictures of his family, meticulously painted rocks, and two pairs of black boots from his daughter, Kylen Schulte, and her wife, Crystal Turner, who on Aug. 18 were found dead in the La Sal Mountains outside of town.
He also brings a clue box.
“There’s really only been two bogus ones,” he told the Deseret News, referring to the roughly 40 tips locals have brought him. “There was one point I was getting clues as fast as I could process them. But It’s been two days with no major clues or breakthroughs, so I think I might be done.”...
...The fear is far-reaching, touching people who in the past would go into the mountains or drive far into the desert without a second thought. Some are staying home altogether — others are now first-time firearm owners....
“It’s this small town that I could run around in, raise havoc, without having to worry,” said Payton Gregory, who grew up in Moab. “But now that this stuff is happening, I can’t go camping, I can’t walk around at night.”

Moab is a beautiful place near Arches National Park. It’s not a big town . It is a sign of the times that a serial killer is now on the loose there.

Are you living under a rock? You must be if you aren’t aware that same sex marriages are now the rage. Heterosexual relationships are so yesterday now.
I refuse to pretend that this sort of aberrant behavior is completely acceptable. And I will not surrender terms such as “marriage” or “wife” to the pervs and their enablers.

Probably should have spent a bit more time with Kylen, rather than trying to one-up the Jones’.
I have known a few gay men, strictly by accident. I rented a room from 2 brothers, and one was married with a child. Soon after I moved in the married brother moved out. Came to find out it was because his brother was gay and he couldn't tolerate it. After that, the remaining gay brother only accepted other gays as renters. All but one were decent people and quite creative as well.
I let them all know that I wasn't gay, and that I didn't really approve of their sexual preference, but that I accept them as human beings. We got along fabulously actually. I didn't hate them, but I didn't condone them either. That was in Virginia. Got a contract to work in Chicago, mainly to have a good excuse to move.
I actually feel pity for these people, and I harbor no hate towards them for their sexual preference. However, I do not accept their preference as normal in any form or fashion. They are creations of God, so I leave it up to him as to how they will be dealt with when they are recalled from this life.
One thing I can't stand though is for the demands of the radicals within their group to try and force those who are not gay to accept them and their preference as normal. That I can never do, even though I remain tolerant of them.
While the official word from Moab police is that Laundrie has no ties to the murders, it sure is interesting that the police interaction with Laundrie was a result of a call from the business where one of the wives worked. We still haven’t heard the cause of death for Gabby but if it was a gun and gets tied to this will show another failure of Moab police.

They were so upset by the guy they wanted to move their campsite. Laundrie put Gabby in a SLC motel and flew home around the 17th...supposedly to help empty a storage locker. I believe the couple was found on the 18th. Also, one of them worked at the co-op Gabby and Laundrie were at prior to the fight. Coincidence??

He may have snapped when the police were called and went on a spree. That small of an area suddenly has a break out of violent crime? Coincidence? agreed.
