Stuff is just hitting me. I am missing Rush and his voice of reason.
Same here. Haven’t listened to talk radio since his passing.
I’m still in mourning.
My aunt would sit down and enjoy lunch with Rush everyday. She wouldn’t even take a phone call if Rush was on. When she needed to hire in home care. If they were opposed to having Rush on during the day she wouldn’t hire them.
You are right! Same with Bongino, I like him but....
Absolutely agree.
RUSH was one of a kind , he cannot be replaced.
I also miss his generosity and wisdom. He could see and explain issues better than anyone I’ve ever heard.
MEGAA DITTOS !!!
Rush RIP .
I like Clay and Buck but when that buffer music comes on and it is not followed by his wonderful voice I get a big lump in my throat.
I am as well. There is just no one like him. Can’t believe he’s gone.
I believe that The Left, doesn’t view conservative talk radio as an existential threat. Otherwise, it would have been eliminated by now, and let’s not pretend that the left doesn’t wield the power to eliminate talk radio whenever they so desire. Congress could label it hate speech and overnight the FCC would shut it down.
Well, Rush, G. Gordon Liddy, and Charlie Daniels are dead. It’s up to us to take over.
Turn on WILKOW o. SIRIUS PATRIOT 125.
They have tried starting in the 1990s. They have failed everytime....so far.
Late Rush wasn’t as good as early Rush. Also, the sort of satirical stuff he used to do is all over the internet now. Some of it is better than he was, and do we really need more of it?
I can’t tell these two apart. They just sound alike. I miss Rush every day.
He was by far the most incisive analyst ever. You could always count on him getting to the essence of any issues and present it in the most compelling way.
He was a gracious gentleman with a great sense of humor. I loved his parodies, I still crack up when I think of some of them. And best bumper music.
There’s a hole in my life.
I miss him 24/7. No one could come close to his talent and personality. I don’t like Buck Sexton or the other guy......not as replacements for Rush. I enjoyed it when Todd Herman and Ken Matthews would fill in for Rush and was in such hopes one of those would replace him. Another bygone era gone!
I haven’t turned on the radio since he died. I don’t think I’ll ever turn it on again.
I can’t get Bonino on the radio here (Minneapolis market) but I have been listening to his podcast for quiet a while.
I want to reveal a secret but if you tell anyone I so asserted I shall deny it.
I THOUGHT I was going to adore Dan Bongino.
He’s okay, but not for three hours. His Saturday night show is fine on Fox for an hour.
But Bongino is all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time, all commercials, all the time,.
Its too much for three hours and when he does speak...well he’s no Rush Limbaugh.
Don’t tell anybody I said this.
My routine is to start with one, switch to the other within 30 seconds, listen for under 30 seconds, and shut off the radio. Not always, they are both occasionally interesting, but that's the norm.
Even the Red Eye Radio guys are better.
