Lockheed Martin, the nation's top defense contractor, forced 13 executives including a three-star general to complete a three-day Zoom course so they would 'unlearn their male privilege'.
The course was led by Portland-based firm White Men as Full Diversity Partners. It was carried out last June, at the height of the BLM movement, and involved 13 Lockheed employees dialing in for 16 hours. Details of the three-day course last June were obtained by City Journal.
The 13 employees were Director of Aeronautics Mark Ward, Air Force lieutenant colonel David Starr, Senior Design Engineer Jeff Schweiss, Risk Management and Sustainability Executive Christopher Geiger, Director Of Business Operation Robert Uebele, Engineering specialist Chris Outzts, Director Eric Pierce, three star Lieutenant General Bruce Litchfield, Senior Cost Analyst Todd Nadeau, Director of Global Supply Chain Operations Aaron Huckaby, Specialty Engineering Director Adam Mackie, Director Global Supply Chain Scott Redman. Glenn Woods, vice president of production for the Air Force's $1.7 trillion F-35 fighter jet program.
It was led by three men from the firm; Jim Morris, Mark Havens, and Michael Welp, one of the firm's co-founders. Bill Proudman, the other co-founder, didn't take part.
It's unclear whose decision it was to have the training, or how much Lockheed paid the firm for the 16-hour training course.
On the firm's website, they name the City of Portland, NASA, Boeing, Exxon Mobil, Dell, Kohler, Ohio State University, USAA and Suncor as other clients.

I used to go to that sort of thing back in the 80’s and 90’s. They are fun - and useless. Utterly so.
And anyone that thinks they make a difference to people over the age of 16 is a fool.
Now let’s have Black Men as Diversity Partners and Indian Men as Diversity Partners seminars. Surely they need to improve as employees too?

These are a LONG way from the useless “team building” exercises of the ‘80s and ‘90s where you could derail the exercises to a point that you could have fun with them. No fun will be had by the participants. In these sessions, you’d be expected to spend all your time looking for ways to self-flagellate yourself over how you haven’t done enough to diminish your influence on your organization and elevate blacks and LGBTOMGWTFBBQ.
And, the seminar is EXPECTED to make a difference to you, and you will be expected to demonstrate the difference it’s made to your superiors going forward.
In other words, this is no longer a pointless “team building”; it’s a Struggle Session where you attempt to show why you should not be summarily ejected from your position to be replaced by someone more acceptable to the Politburo.
After a couple of frivolous lawsuits that paid out millions of tax payer dollars to fired completely worthless former former coworkers who had gotten every possible advantage for being females or black guys... We had to take these same type of "classes". And as you said it was a complete waste of time and money. It was just a big joke that had zero effect on anyone's attitude.
If the report is true, then Lockheed Martin can no longer be considered a pro-American company. All U.S. security clearances held by Lockheed employees should be immediately suspended. All classified government projects being done by Lockheed or its subcontractors should be immediately stopped.
Lockheed Martin has presented itself as a security risk to the United States of America.
Look at from Lockheed’s point of view.
They have to do business with this regime and its SecDef, Lloyd Austin.
So they send their execs to this crap class. The execs take three days off, ignore the class, regurgitate whatever they have to from cheat sheets. ‘Woke’ box is checked and they can get back to work.
And the white guys will have to follow the example of John Cena the cowardly wrassler who cried an apology to Red China for saying that Taiwan is a country.🙄
I have 10-12 years left until I retire so I have to endure these sorts of sessions for that long. Makes me want out ASAP. Those execs are getting paid millions and millions so maybe they feel they need this as therapy for their white guilt. I do not make that sort of coin and I don’t feel an ounce of guilt for what I’ve earned so I do not welcome this sort of abuse they heap on us annually in my company.

They are not women, and as such, must be utterly damned in the leftist hierarchy, unless they die in police custody, or are elected Democrats.
Be a little more helpful if they could all do a three day Zoom in how to design and build an aerospace vehicle in less then thirty years as they did with SBIRS.
Or maybe getting one launch off before May of a new year while the competition has already launched like 10 times with a rocket that’s fully reusable.

Last time I was coerced to do “diversity” training, they found a woman with the largest ummm errrr uhh hands to give the class. It was very distracting. One of the exercises was about personal space. To demonstrate how uncomfortable It is to have your space violated, she got right up in my face. She asked me what I would do in this situation, and I replied “I would like probably ask for your phone number”
