He had the power to send the contested states back to their state legislatures, most of whom are not in session yet. He chose to wash his hands of it.
Yep. The state legislatures were out of session for most after election till now, so to say they could have acted is false since their Governors did not call a special session. Pence could have adjourned for 10 days to allow this legislatures now to examine their states fraud issues and act appropriately but instead he staples POTUS in the back and crapped the bed

He is exactly why the GOP will lose in 2024 too. The GOP will anoint him to be their next tepid candidate, and they will get the same level of support from the conservative base and independents as Dole and Romney did.

There are only two options - a viable third party, which the Libertarian party will never be. In fact, only Trump can likely start a viable third party but only if his supporters don’t buy the bullsh@t about what happened yesterday. Or a MAGA takeover of the Republican party.
But his brother is still there and moving up the corrupt system fast.
Events are going to have to vindicate Trump over time. I think Biden will be a disaster, which will help Trump’s political rehabilitation, but it will take awhile.
