Good point! I know a lot about Venezuela because I have had lots of friends from there and many still there, before and since Chavez and now Maduro. Until just now I thought the same as you.
But now I realise Chavez had come to power sometime around the time GWB became President. What... that’s like 20 years now? Wow! Time flies. So now I realise that there probably are a lot more eligible Venezuelan voters than we realise.
I know there are a lot of MAGA toting pro-Trump Venezuelans engaging and disputing with liberal Pro-Biden democrats on Twitter.

Rush reported today that he has seen stats that indicated up to 42% of Likely black voters approve of President Trump. If that is in fact the case and with rising Latino voters in his favor Trump should be a lock on election night.
This could be why Twitter said they will REMOVE all reports of any winner declared on election night or in the early morning hours following.
