I think what has been discovered is akin to a nano scale peltier effect. Could be a tech used to achieve the chipification of Quantum Computing.
What I am reading suggests something like microscopic peltier coolers for a quantum co-processors. QC will be implemented eventually like the floating point co-processors were on 386’s for computation traditional chips are not good at.
