Also found this for New York:

Amish Trail

And this:

Amish and Mennonite Food Stores in New York

And there's The Windmill Market in Penn Yan, New York that may offer Amish crafts/food:

Stop and stay in the Murphin Ridge Inn in Adams Co. Amish style but not run by the Amish who live, farm and retail all around it. And, while you are out here, you can see the Serpent Mound. The most important archeological structure in North America:

I always look for the local restaurant in the small towns that have the most cars parked outside...even if I have to scope the town out and turn around.

In we go. Most times its a great meal and cheap! A real home cooked type of meal. Especially the local breakfast type meals.

I always take 81 out of York Neb south to Salina KS which goes through Concordia KS. There was a WW2 POW camp there during the war and I always smile when I cross the Republican River.

Then I take the two lanes south out of Salina to Hyway 54 and cross to NM that way.

Get to go through Dahlhart TX and the heart of the dust bowl era that way.

When we go to the beach in North Carolina, we take US441 through the Smoky Mtns then over to Hwy 64 all the way from the mountains to the coast...

Arthur, Illinois - a little bit south of your route. The town is not really Amish. The Amish businesses are mostly out in the country. Get your furniture and kitchen cabinets there. Get your Amish groceries at Beachys.

Heck, come to my town, Meadville in Western PA. Amish all around and you see them on a daily basis. My sister in-law is a Yoder Toter, and I about died laughing when she told me of transporting Amish and their goats in the back of her mini van.

It is in Lancaster County. So is Blue Balls. That’s where they make you stay when all roads to Intercourse are blocked.

Unspoiled? Charm Oh, and Mt. Hope OH. Berlin is one tourist shop after another.
There are no Amish run bed and breakfasts in Holmes county, but some run by Mennonites.
We stay in cabins built and run by a young man who grew up Amish. Look up Simple Life Cabins on Facebook if you are interested. They are located on a back road among the most conservative Amish.

Many years ago, as newlyweds, my husband and I lived in northern OH. We would take rt 250 to I-77 to go back home to my parents’ house. Iirc, there were Amish towns on 250. We used to buy cheese and stop in the antique shops.

There are Amish in Buckingham Co VA. We see them frequently on our way to Charlottesville.

Kitanning PA is near some smallish but nice Amish shops and bakeries.

Somerset in the western mountains as well.

You can actually eat the catfish from mountain lakes/streams in the state parks there. Not on Michigan :(
