Does anyone know of any Old Fashioned Amish Villages/Town in either PA()not Lancaster), NY or OH?

This is probably the wine talking, but I have taken a strong disliking to the Amish and their practices when it comes to puppy mills. Say what you want, but I have seen some bad sh-t and I love dogs so I will not give the Amish respect. Other than that I have nothing else to add.

Northern Mexico has had sizable Amish colonies for a long time. There are also colonies in Bolivia.

Yes these two towns. My Uncle married a Mennonite woman and we use to vacation down here and visit them. Loved the Swiss Cheese Festival every summer.

I think your problem will be finding among the many (hundreds) of so-named “Amish” towms stretching from the Mid-Altantic states into the MidWest is which ones remain authentically Amish and which ones have largely “English” owned property that has built up around the Amish farms, and is there to make a living off the tourists.

Bird-in-Hand, Intercourse, and Blue Ball are all located in Leacock Township.

That’s pronounced “LAY-cock”.

Seriously.
