Mark Z and Facebook has announced that there will be a new feed featured on FB pages..FACEBOOK NEWS. He said that it will be true journalism from many different sources such as: NYT, WAPO, WSJ et alia. Thank you, Mark. You have just assured that CNN, MSNBC and other money losers will now be saved from the ash heap of failure. Will OAN be allowed on this site? He said the new feed will not be algorithmic which means there will be real people choosing the stories, honestly and objectively.
Have to disagree. Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms will FOLLOW CNN/MSNBC in the upcoming news cycles. The next two major news cycles are 1) the investigation of the Deep State and 2) the 2020 election. While mainstream media will be holding up ‘nothing to see here’ banners, right of center news media (Fox, OANN, Newsmax, talk radio) will be on the scene as decapitated bodies are removed from the carnage. Nobody is going to change channels from red flashing lights to cute kittens. Twitter has already fallen as ad revenues dry up. I’m going to pop some popcorn and ease into my favorite recliner. You should too!

Zukerberg may be filthy rich...or maybe even sparkling rich, but in my mind he’s dug a hole for himself just as deep as the height or altitude to which his sleazy “empire” has been built.
Dump FACEBOOK. That will take care of them all.
Just like Trump was able to leave Syria, ostensibly setting up the Kurds to be slaughtered, real-world events proved otherwise. A lot of Kurd insiders who were secretly colluding with the Turks to take over the region (strategy sound familiar?) were exposed, the US military were able to be removed, and the region “miraculously” stayed stable. Some ISIS losers escaped in the melee, but seriously, are they a tenth as bad as the animals that Obama released from Gitmo back in the day?
Now what does this have to do with the Facebook/CNN Ministry of Truth collusion? Depends. I contend that if Donald Trump would dump Twitter and instead post everything through Gab, Minds.com, or even both interchangeably, he would INSTANTLY cause a huge disruption in the Social Media communist takeover plans (and DON’T THINK it is anything BUT a communist, American-destroying takeover!). By shifting to First Amendment-compliant platforms, Trump would pull a 2-fer: First, he would FORCE the Left to have to get accounts on those platforms in order to engage with his followers, and second, he would expose a heretofore unknown to the masses social media platform that most conservatives don’t have to wince over.
I don’t believe, at this time, that staying on Twitter is going to change the political algorithm, and Trump needs to cut the cord as soon as possible while the Internet itself is still Net Neutrality-free, which it WON’T be if the FCC becomes fully-Democrat or, more specifically, fully-Deep State controlled. At that point, if Minds or Gab platforms are still relatively small, they will have less chance of surviving the NN purge.
