People that smart would have invented flush toilets, no?
I’ve read my share of theories. The only one I’ve found plausible is that the pyramids were built using water to float and lift the blocks, as well as to level the construction.
Clearly they had some water challenges and some brilliant people.
We’ll probably never know what they were thinking.

Maybe the glyphs and paintings are there, but not recognized for what they are. I mean, what “scientific” archeologist would recognize an engineering drawing?
Fascinating article
Hmmmm
Yes, a goldmine for a thesis patiently waiting for someone.
You two are an unbeatable team!
What an interesting article. Thanks!

settled science = dogma
I believe the only glyphs inside the pyramid are some numbers found in a shaft that only a robot can reach. These numbers appear to be a measurement of the length of the shaft.
Maybe the tombs of the builders should be revisited for gleaning.
If a slice of hot pizza falls on a white carpet, and the resulting stain is the spitting image of Michael Jackson, is it a great work of art?
Did Rorschach(test) create the new improved Batman?
Now listen up, guys!!!
Before we conclude today’s safety talk... Some good news, and some bad news...
An extra bowl of gruel for all the workers!!!
... the bad news, the Pharaoh wants more bass sounds and we are going to extend the secondary chamber six cubits.
Any questions?
Get to work!
PS: What type of stone would you select for a pulsing check valve flapper, seats?
What would be the service life?
MTBF? 60 cycles/min? 80?
...Bueller?
The pump theory is interesting and seems plausible. The stuff at the end about acoustic resonances and electrical fields seems pretty shaky.
Exactly. Came here to say that.
“With shafts leading to the Great Pyramids exterior, the singing granite would project its sound into the atmosphere. This, in turn, would create an electrical field in the atmosphere according to physics research.”
Sound creating an electric field, all the way up into the atmosphere?
Tuten-kha-men really means, “Knock it off. I’m trying to sleep.”
It’s a septic tank.

Imo, it’s one of the earlier forms of “lets mess with their heads” memes from the proto-chans.

The link in #4 is to the previous recent topic about pyramid construction, and jumps in at #63 of that topic, where I've managed to collect a pile of links there pointing to all of the possible construction methods (that I remembered or know about). BTW, the Great Pyramid, as well as all the others, were built as tombs, and used for tombs, but were looted in antiquity. The Valley of the Kings has dozens of tombs, some of which were completed, some abandoned, but only one made it to modern times unlooted. To say I was disappointed when I saw that both Robert Schoch and David Rohl have teamed up with the charlatan Bauval is an understatement.
Only in the Civilization games.
Wow.
I thought the pyramids were all just tombs. But now, the question is, why build a pyramid to house a pump?
