It was 84 degrees near the Arctic Ocean as carbon dioxide hit its highest in human history (tr)

Over the weekend, the climate system sounded simultaneous alarms. Near the entrance to the Arctic Ocean in northwest Russia, the temperature surged to 84 degrees Fahrenheit (29 Celsius). Meanwhile, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere eclipsed 415 parts per million for the first time in human history.

By themselves, these are just data points. But taken together with so many indicators of an altered atmosphere and rising temperatures, they blend into the unmistakable portrait of human-induced climate change.

Saturday’s steamy 84-degree reading was posted in Arkhangelsk, Russia, where the average high temperature is around 54 this time of year. The city of 350,000 people sits next to the White Sea, which feeds into the Arctic Ocean’s Barents Sea.

Meanwhile it's been pretty cool the last few days in the DC area. Dropped into the 40's. Global cooling! Ice age!

Meanwhile, as they deliberately and intentionally ignored, the Northeast has been in a cold spell for 3 weeks, with nighttime temps around 42. The CO2 level is assumed to be the same throughout the world.

:: for the first time in human history. ::

Lie! Neanderthals did not track atmospheric CO2. Actual tracking measurement of atmospheric CO2 only go back less than a century.

415 parts per million is .0415%. In other words, the atmosphere is 99.96% NOT carbon dioxide. Water vapor is a much more plentiful greenhouse gas, only the leftists can’t spin a narrative about evil oil companies producing water vapor.

human-induced climate change>>>>>>

There is no such thing.

Only solar activity can induce climate change.

Publishing propaganda to scare the public does not make the lies true.

I remember reading how the Yukon once hit 100 degrees one summer. That was before Glo-Bull warming.

At 415 ppm, STILL a pretty low percentage of the atmosphere, and people are a LONG ways from passing out due to its effects on the body’s physiology.

Some might be fainting from hysteria, though.

Water vapor is about a hundred times as concentrated in the atmosphere, on average, at any given time, and has VASTLY more effect on either heat absorption or heat dissipation over a 24-hour period (strangely enough, just about EXACTLY the length of one earth day).
