Every one of Kavanaugh’s accusers who are shown to have been involved in this conspiracy to upend our law, our Constitution and it processes, should be sued for defamation, not just against the Judge, but against the people of this country. This has been a reckless and revolutionary scheme of antics which should be pursued through our libel laws. Laura Ingraham had a defamation lawyer, Tom Clare, on last night who gave a brilliant description of why Judge Kavanaugh should keep the option of defamation lawsuits on the table. He mentioned the role of the media in repeating over and over again the uncorroborated, reakless and baseless allegations without knowing whether there was a shred of truth to any of them.It certainly looks like this was the pseudo assassination of a good man and his family for the sake of raw power. We have seen the jungle and the behavior was despicable. How do we now, with straight faces, teach our children not to be bullies of the worst sort?
In 35 days, unless we volunteer at the local level to work to keep the House, vanities like this will be laughable.

I have my doubts anything will happen to her or her co-conspirators. What will happen is she will get rich with book deals and speaking to liberal groups who will forever continue to believe her story.
What should happen. Anyone who falsely accuses someone needs to pay twice the penalty that the innocent person would have paid.
In this case, add damages for loss of teaching job at Harvard, loss of coaching job (coming) and pain and suffering caused to daughters and wife.
Above all Feinstein should be held accountable for producing and directing this debacle.

McLean as we say yesterday was even at the dog ‘n’ pony show a week ago today. Her active involvement in this process from July on, when we now know Ford was staying with her in DE, indicates this conspiracy goes beyond Ford, Feinstein and Ford.
The insertion of the Clinton connected lawyers should already have been enough of a clue. But now to see this ex-FBI agent involved, with her connections to McCabe & other anti-Trump players, there’s no doubt this goes much further than it appears.
The two women knew each other from that private girls school, knew that Kavanaugh drank and partied with a bunch of guys like Mark Judge, so they concocted the whole sexual assault lie. Ford said she would make the charge and McLean said she would put everything else in place - scrub the net, arrange for a rigged polygraph, arrange the lawyers, all of it.
