A group of rhino poachers were eaten by a pride of lions in Kenton-on-the-Sea, according to the owner of the South African wildlife reserve where the incident happened.
The remains of what appears to be three bodies were discovered on the Simbuya Game Reserve along with high power rifles owner Nick Fox said in a statement. Fox said the poachers’ mangled remains are suspected to have been eaten by a pride of six lions who were on the reservation to protect the endangered and highly targeted rhinos who are hunted for their horns....

I saw somewhere that they only suspect the number of poachers based on the shoes that were found. Apparently, lions don’t eat shoes. I wonder if any of them escaped to tell the story.

Poachers are the lowest of low lifes; they deserve only a painful death followed by whatever sort of desecration of their remains is possible. Being crapped out by a cat is about right.
Multiple watchlions were deployed to protect the rhinos, in order to defeat the concept of "I only need to run faster than you."

Three poachers with rifles and not one lion was killed? Something doesn’t add up. Sounds like the poachers were exacted justice by more human authorities but the lions cleaned up afterwards....
