Why hasn’t Facebook been Charged wit the Numerous Anti Trust Act violations they have admittedly committed??
The Federal Trade Commission Act bans “unfair methods of competition” and “unfair or deceptive acts or practices.” The Supreme Court has said that all violations of the Sherman Act also violate the FTC Act. Thus, although the FTC does not technically enforce the Sherman Act, it can bring cases under the FTC Act against the same kinds of activities that violate the Sherman Act. The FTC Act also reaches other practices that harm competition, but that may not fit neatly into categories of conduct formally prohibited by the Sherman Act. Only the FTC brings cases under the FTC Act.

What we want from Zuckerberg is to admit facebook is suspending and banning conservatives.
My line of questioning would begin like this:
'Mr. Zuckerberg, can you give us a rough number of facebook accounts suspended or banned each year?
What is the facebook written criteria for suspending or banning accounts?
What does facebook consider hate speech and who makes the determination?
What is the process for reviewing and determining which accounts are suspended or banned?
Is there a specific team assigned the task of review, suspending, and deleting facebook accounts?
Does facebook keep records of who suspended or deleted accounts and the reason for suspending and deleting these accounts?
Would you provide that list to this committee?'
