There is one of those outside of Detroit. They put a ski lift on it and it's now called Mount Trashmore. They did the same thing right outside of Lansing, Mi back in the 70s and we nicknamed it the same.

Can you imagine one of those rail cars exploding? Oh, my. I'm imagining the aftermath...splattered toxic human waste for hundreds of feet in every direction. It'd probably make the area practically uninhabitable for quite a while.
On the other hand, it'd give new meaning to the word "s***storm".
