Something real fishy about this one
I apologize; my last post was done incorrectly and pulled.
This story is an hour old; Hong (the victim) is now the 6th dog attack death of 2018 in the US.
One of them was a wolf hybrid.
As this article indicates that the death was caused by her own “pit-bull-type” dogs, it is the 5th death caused by pit-bull-type dogs 85 days, for a rate of one death by pit-bull-type dog every 17 days.

I only read the headline, so before I read the rest of the article, let me guess the breed: Golden retriever.
The vast majority of pit bulls are sweet and well-behaved dogs.
Its the rogue dogs that have given the breed its bad reputation. There is no reason for a dog to turn on its owner.
None. I have the feeling there’s more to these dog bites man stories than we are told.

I have known exactly two pit bulls in my life...up close and personal. They were as tail wagging, happy-to-see-you friendly as any dog I have known. I simply can’t see them eating their owners.

Ok. I will admit it: I have a 4 month old border collie pit cross. He was a rescue. His best pal is a cat. The other two cats tolerate him until his nose gets in their butts.
He was adored at the vet the other day. His tail did not stop. He loves everybody. He’s the only dog I have ever had that enjoys going to the vet (I had to sedate the others).
I had a lab red heeler cross that hated almost everybody and she was a handful.
I’ve got this kid kennel trained, housebroken, hand commands. Super smart and friendly.

The only reason that I read these threads is to confirm that it is another death caused by the sweetest most gentle dog on earth.
Death to all pit bulls.
Pit bulls are worthless mutts for dogs, better off to pitch them in a hole and cover them up.
Try that on one for size!
