What I understand is that each dimension is at right angles to each other. Time is at right angles to points (x,y,z). Now, we only experience time that is linear. When in fact time has (x,y,z) coordinates as well. Namely dowsed, past and imaginary. The only reason we are experiencing this time is because our current quantum state.
When we use poloroized sun glasses, we are actually putting the photons in a quantum state where only some of them pass through the lense. We have not figured out how to do that with time. Though, the Hindus and Buddhists would disagree. Their point of view is that time is Maya...an illusion of our making.
Frank likes to bundle his dimensions.

Dowsed = forward
It seems Quantum Physics is based more on research grants than on anything else.

When a kid wants his first computer years from now it will be a quantum computer. Quantum computing is already a reality and is being used by the Chinese to link ground to satellite communications that cannot be intercepted nor broken. The US lags here but it is catching up.
If I could put time in a bottle...
That spatial dimensions are at 90 and 180 degrees seems ver arbitrary. Is there any logical reason why dimensions cannot be at 30 and 60 degrees? Is there any logical reason that they be based on a circle of 360 degrees?
Why can’t a circle be 100 kilgrees? And then milligrees?
It we reject 90 degrees rigidit, we can have many dimensions.
More mental masturbation from the theoretical mathemagicians.

That's because you're a sane and rational person who lives in the real world.
Dimensions ... point, length, width, height, all merely expressions of variability of the dimension Space; moment, past, present, future, merely expressed variables of dimension time.
No doubt Perfect Tommy would handle things if John Whorfen didn’t first.
Are you saying that Frank prefers a quantum bundle?
Wow, talk about coincidence, me and my bowling team were discussing this very topic last Friday night in the bar...........
I really dig the song “I Both Can and Can’t Go For That” by Quantum Hall & Oates.
Except this is a fourth dimension expressed in terms of space, not time. I think.
I figured it would go over my head pretty fast, and it did.
Yes, a dimension is an additional axis with freedom of movement, so they are measured in pairs, since you can go backwards or forwards along that axis.
We can treat time like another dimension mathematically, and that is the basis of the math behind Einstein’s relativity. However, we can only move in one direction on that “axis”, which leads to all sorts of interesting questions. When you do the math treating time like another dimension, you get all sorts of results that would go in the “past” direction but those use imaginary numbers for coefficients and either don’t correspond to anything in the “real” world, or at least don’t correspond to anything we can perceive or comprehend.
Yes, and why should there be only four variable expressions of Dimensional Space?... I use the word ‘dimension’ as a means to designate the class of spatial expressions, allowing for continua of combinations of the variable, for designating ‘where/whens’ A photon exists in a linear/presents continuum, to the photon. Yet it travels, to our sensing, arriving at a point/moment.
Or a flying elephant.
