And Monty Hall is strictly a 3(car)D guy.
Oh how I had the biggest crush on Marilyn McCoo back in the day.
Not to mention Monty Hall
“Coded in the complexity of the structure “ is grant speak for we pretend. It is impossible to produce a higher dimensional object in a lower dimensional matrix.
Movies don’t move backwards. You can play the film in reverse, but time still goes forwards as we are not 4th dimensional.
But we can pretend that time is coded in the complexity of the structure, throw in some atoms and light and stuff and if it sounds way too complex to the senator to understand he will throw in other people’s money.
Thanks for the translation. I thought it was simply bullsh!t
Oh, lord. I try to understand these things but I just cannot. Basically what I get out of this is they do a kind of mock up of the fourth dimension, time.
When the article said time is the fourth dimension and the other three are up or down, left or right, or forward or backward I count six. I guess they are counting in pairs?
Evidently two teams made two separate models of a fourth dimension?, one using really really cold atoms and the other using waves of light.
So in this fourth dimension it is thought maybe there is previously undiscovered directions of motion.
What really does that mean?
After that it was all downhill for me.
I need the fifth dimension to let the sun shine in.
I see what you did there.
Here’s an animation of the non-quantum Hall effect.

Not related to string theory. String theory is matter, this is about the space that matter occupies.
Man, she was smokin’.
Each direction is not considered a separate dimension, but rather think of plotting a point in space: x, y, z... then t (a point in time) being the 4th dimension.
I could use a fourth dimension for storage.
...
Hillary uses it for emails.
I think there might be a little more to it than that, and that although time has become known as “the” fourth dimension it really is at best “a” fourth dimension
Okay.
Narrator: The other half - where? The fourth dimension? The fifth? Perhaps. They never found the answer. Despite a battery of research physicists equipped with every device known to man, electronic and otherwise, no result was ever achieved, except perhaps, a little more respect for, and uncertainty about, the mechanisms - of The Twilight Zone.
The Beatles and Led Zeppelin only had four? Rush has three, so I say they should form up and cut an album.
Still married to Billy Davis after all these years.
UNIVERSITY DEAN: Yeah, it has really cool lasers and stuff... can we get some money bro?
