I have funny story that my high school senior daughter (who I have brought up the "right" way") told me today. She was in her AP biology class and the teacher had an assignment for her students. They were to pick a disease to write a paper on. And one kid(not her) shouted out "Extreme liberalism" My daughter said the whole class burst out laughing. But one kid was visibly upset and shouted "conservatism". the class was dead silent. Maybe there is hope in this world afterall!!
I love it. Stories like this give me hope.

Assuming this is a public school, the kid who yelled “extreme liberalism” is commendable. Maybe even shocked the teacher to the core....?
My son and his wife are Conservative. There are waaaay more Conservatives in their 20’s, 30’, and 40’s than the Libs and their Media would have you believe.
Yes it was a public school!! And the teacher laughed too!!! That is shocking in itself!

Outstanding, the student who shouted extreme liberalism was raised right by their parents too. :-)
Southeast suburb of Cleveland. I would say it is a good mix of conservative vs. liberal.

A few years ago while my Daughter was in her College class at AU.
The Professor said “LGBT”, and a student chimed in “That’s LGBTQ”, and then another said “NO, it’s LGBTQA”.
Without skipping a beat my Daughter said “They really should put together an Alphabet song”
Most of the class started laughing and then quickly caught themselves.

My son goes to a Baptist high school where they get a daily dose of liberalism (mostly in the form of “it is unchristian for Trump to build a wall”). Yet when they did a mock election with the student body last year, Trump won with 88 percent of the vote.
Not sure where it started, but Mark Steyn uses LGBTQWERTY, which I thought was very clever.
I just heard someone say LGBTQWTF a few days ago.
I like it.
