Did SNL writer intend to write a script depicting Barron Trump as an Active Shooter who was "Home Schooled"

With SNL being well known for “shocking” content pushing the envelope was she “directed” to write such a script or did she do it as an “inside joke” knowing her producers would say “no”? Serious question?
Rumor is she was fired...her name was not listed in the credits on SNL
This wasn’t a script by my reading. It was hate, pure and simple she thought she could get away with because she felt safe in doing so.
She chose poorly.

I think it is one thing to write a script and an entirely different thing for a producer to accept it and roll with it.
Not defending her per se’ but just pointing out that if she wrote a script that was intended as an “inside joke” to her producers I think there is a major disconnect here. In the end the producers decide which script to roll with and which ones are “unacceptable” not the writers who I assume are paid to come up with the most outlandish content they can. The writers are not the “conscience” of the show.
I still don’t understand how a less-than-140-character tweet could be construed to be ANYTHING in the category of “script.” I just don’t buy it. She erred - badly it seems.
The 140 character post can easily be construed as an “idea” for a script. Obviously the producers at SNL decided not to roll with that
