If, for example, the Lolita Express videos appear this week re WJC, and some theoretical state agency e.g. Florida, elected to arrest him on the spot........does his security detail have to stand down so that the arrest can occur in order that he be taken in to custody?
Since he is a private citizen, how would that work?
I'm hoping some legal eagle can jump in.....because it is actually a really interesting question on a number of levels.

I would think that if an indictment is issued and an arrest warrant as well, his SS detail are LEOs, they would be legally bound to arrest him themselves. An SS detail can be a two edged sword.
The security detail would have to honor the arrest warrant signed by a judge. No doubt they would have to verify the warrant is valid and there would probably be some lengthy negotiations on turning himself in, and the lawyers would probably have arranged bail.
You are in fantasy land. No one, except no one, will arrest WJC.
Maybe after Trump is elected, but not now.

My (pessimistic) opinion: If a smoking gun appeared re WJC, nothing would happen.
The media wouldn’t report on it, Democrat law enforcement officials would ignore it, and Republican law enforcement officials would find some way not to get involved.
Sorry for being so pessimistic, but that’s how a banana republic operates.

I’m not a lawyer but... the Secret Service is a law enforcement agency so I assume it would be their responsibility to arrest him.
I doubt a video, however damning, would result in an arrest unless the girl testifies it was truly rape and not play-acting. But the suddenly very rich girl would not do that. Hence, there is not enough evidence to result in an arrest.
