Hillary Clinton is legally “disqualified from holding any office under the United States” due to her violation of U.S. Code Title 18 Part I Chapter 101 Section 2071. We demand that the United States Department of Justice act to enforce the law & indict her ending her presidential campaign & causing her to face up to three years in prison.

If she refused a .gov email account how was she ever going to handle classified information? Did she think she would never get any?

ok...so that’s four questions :) ...but seriously, everyone must have known she had classified information on an unsecured server. If this was a republican president the media would be screaming about it.
Did her lawyers have security clearance? I don’t believe so. So why were they deleting emails on a server with classified information? As the FBI recovered deleted emails that were supposed to have been turned over doesn’t that mean people that shouldn’t have had access to them did? ...then what about destruction of the evidence? Doesn’t it mean she didn’t comply with the order to turn everything over?
Seriously....the questions never end! The fact that she continues to campaign means she knows the media will cover for her and the upcoming voter fraud gives her a chance. It seems like 10:1 people say they’d never vote for her - even many Dems. Maybe she’s just delusional.
Why do you folks assume the law is important anymore? When all of the chief law enforcement officers of the nation are in collusion with the chief suspect and her indicted perjurer cohort-in-crime husband, to let her off the hook scot free without even so much as a traffic ticket, you know the fix was in long before this recent flurry of astonishing activity.
Translation: Hillary is a criminal but we are going to look the other way so she can become the first female, unindicted, criminal president.
It's embarrassing to have government officials in our own government that are more openly and blatantly corrupt than those in the so-called third world banana republics.
I think the only high level government office you can hold without security clearance is President of the United States. That’s how Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were able to bypass the background checks. The President defines the national security.
The US Constitution describes the only qualifications for the office of President: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
No law can change these requirements.
Obama was legally disqualified too.
