If my math is right 24.5 stone is around 600 lbs. Can he block and tackle?

That's a whole lot of Arabian slob.

"He can lift up to 175 kilogrammes (386 lbs),..."

Wow. I've seen skinny dudes who weighed less than 220 pounds and could squat or press more than that.

I used to lift, I wasn’t impressed either. Not that I could press that.

343 pounds, to be exact. Not unusual for an NFL nose tackle.

Yeah, I didn’t think that sounded right. Not used to using “stones” for weight.

He can bench press his own weight....Not that impressive at all. It is pretty common over there to inject stuff into muscles, makes them huge but does little for strength. And they look like those flabby muscles he has.

Poor quality injections and he doesn’t spend much time at the Gym (he must be forcing the kafirs and dhimmi to lift his weights and work out for him)

This clown is not going to be with us very long.

That is what I refer to as a “Please Punch Me” Face

I’m 60 and I could laugh the whole 30 seconds he would lumber towards me from 20 ‘ away, catch my breath, focus and 5 seconds later the idiot would be looking forward to a long Hot Sticky Summer in a Body Cast.

Those were the days, eh?

I maxed 400 press and squat for a very short time while weighing about 220-225 pounds, to be honest. That was during my early thirties, soon after getting back to a National Guard unit from initial training (13 weeks for my specialty). Went a couple of months doing sets (six sets press, middle two at 335 pounds around that time) without bothering to check max (2nd row, rugby), but a 270-pound NCAA lineman kept teasing me and offering to spot. On the squats, I’d been doing a lot of extensions (two sets) while upping weight for those (for 2nd row). The routine was five days a week, alternating between upper and lower body.

That was then, decades ago. Now, I’m much older and not so impressive myself, struggling every now and then to get rid of some flab. ;-)
