In an interview with The Washington Post, Sen. Chris Murphy, D-CT and star of Monday’s gun-control theater, explained: “We’ve got to make this clear, constant case that Republicans have decided to sell weapons to ISIS.”
Wow. That’s a pretty big deal, if true.
Progressive darling Elizabeth Warren also endorsed this tactic, alleging that Republicans — veterans, moms, dads — were willingly complicit in the murder of their neighbors on orders from the NRA. It’s common for the Left to direct absurd and histrionic accusations at the NRA, as if the organization printed its own money and derived awe-inspiring power from Mordor. It’s a lot easier than having to debate millions of American gun owners who cling to some reverence for the Second Amendment.
Although it may be lost in all the coverage, both Warren and Murphy actually voted against “common sense” gun control bills last night — twice. While Republicans wouldn’t support bills that empower bureaucrats to act as judge and jury, Democrats voted against bills that expanded background checks without undermining constitutional rights. You can’t accuse the GOP of sedition if you compromise.

Remember, we’ve see throughout every stage of history that the first thing an oppressive government does is to disarm the people. It’s even in the bible - the Philistines did it to the Jews.
Truer words indeed would be difficult to find. How can a person recite an oath one minute and allow bloodshed the next. Well the answer is simple. Power and money is worth so much more then an American life so Dems subscribe to that philosophy. I'd be willing to place a fat wager that ISIS members are laughing their asses off at the weakness of the left.
I can’t see how anyone didn’t see this coming since Nov 2008. Gun control was a major point of the wuns platform and over the past 8 years has reared its head up numerous times. Anyone that hasn’t by now after almost 8 years bought all they needed or wanted, and especially not stocked up on ammo after the govt caused shortages seriously needs their heads examined if now 7 years 8 months later running in circles screaming ‘oh no what am I gonna do ?’.

What, here, is even worse than the total lack of respect for the reality that is actual Truth, is the underlying cruelty of a mindset that would disarm you law abiding fellow countrymen, at a time when there is increasing social turmoil in our midst; and the open border has allowed-actually promoted--the entrance of a swarm of folk who have no sense of community with native Americans; no sense of common values or common history with native Americans; rather, in many instances, folk full of demonstrated hatred for native Americans.
No one with a conscience can advocate disarming potential victims of criminal aggression; forcing them to live in fear of what may immediately follow. This would be so, even if a well armed citizenry had not always been a basic right & goal of American culture. (The Right & Duty To Keep & Bear Arms.)
Such fundamental indifference, both to Constitutional intent & critical personal needs, says an enormous lot about the moral character, as well as the level of compassion among those in the Obama/Clinton political circle.

The Democrats are almost certainly going to take over the country for a few decades.
The Supreme Court is going to be theirs, as it already is.
Semi-automatics are generally outlawed in Connecticut now.
And in NY, California and Maryland they will be outlawed soon.
They will be outlawed nationally when the Democrats take over the Congress.
We only control Congress now because the safe seat laws that ensure a few surefire seats for the black/Hispanic political elite make the remaining districts easier for us to win.
When the ‘crats realize that six-shots revolvers are very easy to make, they’ll outlaw ammunition too, making all guns worthless.
Sure, it’s all unconstitutional, but they control and will control the Supreme Court, so there will be a few more unconstitutional laws joining many others that have been around for 50 to 83 years.
Australia from what I read forced Australians to sell their guns to the government after a mass shooting.
Guess what the “market price” and just compensation will be for your guns when ammo manufacture and possession are illegal.
Yes, it can happen here.
Excessive fines are explicitly unconstitutional, but a ~$160,000 fine for refusing to bake a cake has not been struck down.
Remember too, that even if Republicans were going to rule the roost for the next 30 years, unless you are a gun collector, you only need at most one good gun that you can shoot accurately.

Hawks love to sit on the telephone wires near my house and scream loudly.
Why?
To hopefully scare something edible like a snake into moving and revealing its presence.
Buying a gun lets the government know that you probably already own a gun and are probably a person a leftist government needs to keep on a list.
If you already own a gun and the federal government doesn’t know you own it because you bought it before the age of background checks, then you might be able to keep it.

Note how Hillary harps on inequality.
It is not her and Bill’s $150 million versus my $200,000 in net worth that concerns her.
