Buying a gun lets the government know that you probably already own a gun and are probably a person a leftist government needs to keep on a list.
If you already own a gun and the federal government doesn’t know you own it because you bought it before the age of background checks, then you might be able to keep it.
I haven’t bought a gun since 1999 and I have many of them.
Not a one is listed anywhere. FWIW who gives a d@^n if the
government knows you’ve bought a gun? They’ll know you and
120 million other Americans have one. They’re being bought
100 times as fast as they could possibly be collected
door to door.
