Speaking in a radio interview on Sunday, John Bolton, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, stated he believes the FBI will “explode” if Hillary Clinton is ultimate not indicted for her email infractions due to what he described as politics triumphing over the legal system.

Bolton was being interviewed for “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” broadcast on New York’s AM 970 The Answer and Philadelphia’s NewsTalk 990 AM.

Klein, who doubles as Breitbart’s Jerusalem bureau chief and senior investigative reporter, asked Bolton whether he thinks Clinton will ultimately be indicted for allegedly sending classified information over her private email server.

“I think that the pressure is definitely building,” Bolton responded. “And just take the politics out of this for a second. What Hillary Clinton and her top aides did is not just make a few small violations of laws to protect classified information. They made wholesale violations and they did it for a sustained, indeed for a four-year period.”

The content of the messages matters, but “off the record” comments published when Pagliano was given immunity imply the FBI is gathering evidence of systemic violations of Hillary’s secure DoS server (among other things by giving her password to subordinates who lacked security clearances) and that she deliberately compromised a Secured Information Facility at the State Dept by taking and using her Blackberry within it.

Petraeus wasn’t indicted. Neither will Hillary. But something has to happen to put her beyond prosecution before the national convention. That means she either gets extremely sick, dies or is abducted by aliens. Whatever happens she will not be able to run for president. Obama can pardon her during his last days in office. Hillary will undoubtedly escape formal punishment. Informally she will pay a heavy price.

The usual media spin implies B sent classified info to H, not that he received it, and that his source was an old intel hand named Drumheller (conveniently now deceased). But I am very suspicious that H sent raw intel to B so he could explain it to her or otherwise exploit it for profit. That would ramp up the charges to espionage.

The FBI is conducting a two pronged investigation. One is focused on the emails. The other is focused on the pay-to-play scheme Hillary ran as SoS that funneled bribes into the Clinton foundations in return for the influence she exerted on behalf of the players. The next shoe to drop may be mention of the IRS due to the tax evasion.

How many felonies are involved with the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative alone? How many quid pro quos, permutations, kickbacks, national security breaches? No wonder they have 150 extra FBI agents working on this.

Bryan Pagliano was just granted immunity from prosecution for testifying. 'Guccifer' got the entire ball rolling on the Hillary Clinton email/server investigation...so, perhaps, he knows more and may also receive a deal for testifying. Things are heating up, and now Bolton is saying the FBI is going to 'explode' if there isn't an indictment.

You know, I was thinking, is this a Line in the Sand for all Patriotic Americans? If absolutely nothing happens, is this a sign that the whole federal system is so inexorably broken that it will be our patriotic duty to water the tree of liberty? A new president is not going to fix this.

I totally agree. The task is to properly organize it and follow through. We have the numbers, that's for sure. The anger and mad titer keeps creeping up. . That's why I was thinking the 'no indictment' ruling that is coming may just be the dam breaker.

What also works in our favor is that the majority of law enforcement and military vets can’t stand Obama and Hillary, so they ain’t exactly going to be frothing at the mouth defending those 2 if a huge mass of armed citizens surrounded Washington. I wonder how that would go, if a date was set and it was heavily promoted. I doubt very many would show, you would need a LOT for it to have any effect, but who knows, like you said her non- indictment may be the dam breaker.
