LONDON — A plane was taken out of service by British Airways after bed bugs were found on board.
The airline says two of the parasitic insects, which feed on people's blood, were found.
"Whenever any report of bed bugs is received, we launch a thorough investigation and, if appropriate, remove the aircraft from service and use specialist teams to treat it — this happened in this instance," a spokeswoman for the airline told Mashable.

These things are a ROYAL PAIN IN THE A$$ to get rid of
I stayed at a hotel in New Jersey and brought them home from there. I did not know what they were at the time but I remember seeing one in the hotel before I left.
There is a product called CEDARCIDE and it is the ONLY thing that eventually worked. It is a natural cedar oil.
I spent $500 for the ‘fogger’ and two gallons ($80 each) but it worked and actually cleared my whole house of spiders and anything else and left it with a nice cedar smell that I love.
Plane flies between London and various Muslim nations carrying the filthy adherents of the Koran. They leave behind their little friends with whom they have an intimate relationship.
Many gifts flow from our friends in the middle east, which soon will be empty as Scandinavia and all of Europe, except Hungary (Note that) will absorb them.
They leave the women behind as most of the young, randy youths like western girls much better as they smell good. Muslim girls smell like camels once you get under the burqa. And allah knows that there is no toilet paper in the middle east.
My son brought back bed bugs from Dubai. His wife had to meet him at the airport here with black trash bags and a complete change of clothes before he got into the car to go home.

Back in the mid 1960s, I red a small article in TRUE MAGAZINE in which it stated that rich people in the Middle East would often hire a beggar to spend the first hour in the rich person’s bed.
After an hour, the bedbugs would have their fill, the beggar released, and then the rich would take over the bed and get a good night’s sleep.
Bring back DDT!
The first thing that we do when we go to any hotel is lift the mattress, and I do mean any hotel, regardless of cost or reputation.

I do the same! I always check for bedbugs, I haven’t found one yet but........hope I never do!
DDT would be great to bring back, but in the meantime get CEDARCIDE

I fog my whole house twice a year just to keep the nice cedar smell and as a preventative measure. It rids your house of all kinds of pests
I believe it. They might have been from a guest, or from staff. You never know.
We haven’t either, but we have probably just been lucky.
