If the GOP wouldn’t confirm Lynch there’s no way Obama will get his pick on the SCOTUS.....wait...we are screwed.
Appreciate your comment but given the fact we are discussing the most polarizing demon ever elected, there is nothing that would dissuade from appointing the most radical person he might find. Why would the rederick be toned down. This would be the time we would see the speed he would work to take advantage of the country’s weakness. This is not the ordinary demon. Whatever vulnerability we own, will be noted and used to the advantage of our foes.

I forecasted the Supreme Court would be in play during the next presidential term and how very vital it was to have an “R” in the White House. It appears my fear has arrived early and is now a reality.
And unless we elect someone with an “R” by his name, President Sanders or President Clinton will get more reliably socialist/lefty nominee(s) on the court (RGB is old as dirt and said she is waiting for the next dem president before she retires).
To me, that is the greatest danger to this great nation—the loss of the Supreme Court.
We simply can’t let that happen.
Unless we elect someone with an “R” by his name, the court will be lost for generations and our nation may not survive with internationalists and socialist/activist judges running the Supreme Court.
One can argue if Cruz nominations to the Supreme Court would make it through or be “Borked,” and one can reasonably question if Trumps picks will be reliably conservative in their votes, and we can argue the particulars of the GOPe and their picks, but let there be no doubt, it is for certain and for sure, with go-along to get-along republicans in the Senate, Obozo WILL get his nominee and under a president Bernie and Hillary, they will get their nominees.
That is, unless we fight back now and forever.
Therefore, I remind all, too include FReepers and the “R” candidates, it is time to knock off the circular firing squad and focus on the real enemy—the democrat party.
We must fight, so rather than take your ball and go home if your choice doesn’t become the nominee, stay and fight to ensure an “R” dominated Senate remains and an “R” is in the White House.
I pray for Scalia, his family, friends and this great nation. May his passing provide to us the moral courage and guts to take back our country, and the first step in that is to ensure the Supreme Court does not fall into enemy hands, let alone become dominated by leftist social engineers.

There are no “moderate” justices, as the media label anyone left of center “moderate.” Any justice truly center or right of center is “controversial” and un-intellectual and not worthy of such an appointment.
Well, since he "supports" appointing conservative judges since last week, I guess that settles it! No need to worry about his decades of supporting liberal causes. By the way, I have a bridge to sell you.

If the GOP would pull its head out of its arse it would see just what an opportunity this presents. Draw the contrasts. Color them in big bold colors. Take a stand. The saboteur needs to own what took place with the compromised intelligence. Most of all, the hard left turn of the country needs to be halted immediately, addressed in the court of public opinion and corrected where needed. We have a messenger that eschews political correctness and neutors the 4th estate. Get with it GOP. Please.
Okay, here is a working start on the outline:
A. Statement of Purpose. Supreme Court appointments should be honorable and experience jurists capable of long service without political taint.
A1 Statement of Purpose must be included as the lead in to all announcements of findings about appointments presented to the Senate.
B. The Senate’s role to advise and consent, includes consent — an action verb. Such Consent can be withheld and history shows many cases.
B1 The Senate must be reminded of this on the phone and in letters.
B2 The Senate has members that will want to “give Obama his picks” and that is not written in the Constitution and we need to hammer that fact home.
C. Obama will pick a Tool and when he does, we research and get comments.
C1 Get the history on the Tool
C2 Get the words and Quotes for those that know him.
C3 Demand to know what the Republican Senators are going to do about an inappropriate appointment that will destroy the national future. How about asking that a thousand times.
While I am not against the candidates speaking of the terrible loss and how important than national unity be considered, blah, blah, blah: there is no requirement for a balance preservation having any consideration in appointments.
The Senate is where this battle lies and in the political pressures that can be brought to bear is where it must be fought.
Will McCain in a hope to save his stinking seat play like a conservative and demand that no Tool be appointed... Johnny your seat is going bye-bye. That is what I am talking about.

Of course. It’s just my guess, is all. I just think Obama, understands the difference between replacing another liberal on the Court and a Conservative. There are certain unwritten rules when it comes to appointing SC Justices.
