I too had never seen this. It fully reveals the total cowardice of this sagging Administration. What an embarrassment for the USA. Seems obvious this was kept off the air by the Administration, somehow. The new CJCS has been placed in an untenable position, on this and in several other areas (like women in forward ground combat, for one…).

We don't know who the people are that want to take Assad down. We trained 5 fighters at the cost of $500 million. Right now, our number 1 concern should be taking down ISIS period. We should stop getting involved in the Syrian civil war, which can only be resolved after ISIS is defeated.

Graham has a valid point, but he aimed it at the wrong person and he brow-beat him. We must have a cogent national policy for Assad, but it doesn’t from the CJCS.

I didn't say it was Dunford's decision or SecDef for that matter. This comes directly from the WH, which is micromanaging our military operations reminiscent of LBJ and Vietnam.

Grahamnesty, along with Maverick McCain, have their own agenda. They have a military solution to everything. The reason they want to take down Assad is to remove Russian and Iranian influence in the region. So now we have increased Russian and Iranian influence in Syria and the region. Taking out Assad now is not going to change that. And we may get something far worse. What a clusterf#ck.
