I'm talking about Liz Smith, the gossip columnist, who, by comparison was able to make the Emperor look pretty. Why the utter acrimony?
Here I was getting ready to see the 'Empire Strikes Back', as it had already been released, and reading her column days before, she opened up her orifice larger than the Pits of Saarlac to announce to the world that Darth Vader was Luke's father.
I didn't cry but I sat there stunned at the deli, arriving for breakfast and was forced by the staff to leave at midnight closing time. So, traumatized was I. I never forgave her for revealing the greatest secret since Casablanca's betting parlor.
I will still never forgive her and I shudder every time I think of that horrible terrible day, the worst ever for a Star wars kid.
Now, look at what YOU did.
Add Prequel casting to Prequel dialogue and you might get one of the most bizarro scenes ever put on the screen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bLkcCZFKvA
Agreed Walking Dead is at tactical night mare (wolrd war z - book was even worse from what I have seen in debates)
Walking dead you really need to just use WW I tactics and keep extending the trench line.
I should have also said that the transports would pop out of hyper INSIDE the Deathstar at .1C the ene
the GR-75 rebel crusier has a load cap of 19,000 Metric tonns (carry capacity)
At a speed of .1c 18600 Miles per second
The Megatons of TNT energy is 2.0345e+6 megatonns
True a lot of that energy will wasted but..
Just so the numbers ar not as ridiculous
if it is travailing a 186 miles per second. or .001C)
that is 203.45 megatons of Tnt.. so ti might talk a few to Destroy the Deathstar but only one will cause MASSIVE dammage.
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/GR-75_medium_transport is for data on ship
http://www.1728.org/energy.htm was used for all calculations
And of course a modified Bouncing Betty would even get head shots.
Claymores set in trees would do same.
Even a stopped clock, like Morgan, is right twice a day. Stars Wars always bored me. The first one was enough.
Nah, mine is just a rumor...nothing confirmed yet.
I liked the first “Alien” movie lots better than Star Wars. I saw the first three and I liked them but never thought they were spectacular. Today I can’t stand the constant drum beat of Star Wars propaganda. Are Americans this stupid?
Are Earthlings this stupid?
All that matters is that when it really mattered (the original) Han shot first. ;)
Or so I am told ... I've only witnessed his (?) babbling on youtube.
Someone like Morgan is the reason "tar and feathers" was invented ...
You don't even need gunpowder. Digging pits lined with punji stakes around settlements would have served as a passive way to reduce the number of zombies just walking around the perimeter. Whether or not they were killed by the stakes, the zombies could have been dispatched at leisure using sharpened sticks. I'd say the series thrives based on dramatic plot elements rather than any kind of realism in its treatment of even untrained human responses to the theoretical threat of zombies.
If it weren’t for Star Wars, we never would have gotten Space Balls!
