Carl Robinson, 26, believes there is nothing wrong with using his benefits to pay for sex.
Mr Robinson has been sponging off the system since he left his last job working in a bookmakers three years ago. But he now spends almost all of his fortnightly £170 on seedy romps with hookers.
"I don't care what people think about what I am doing, there are a lot worse people than me out there," he said. "What man doesn't want to have sex when he can?"
Mr Robinson continued: "I first slept with a prostitute when I was 18 and I loved it, I have been addicted ever since. I used to use all my wages on them, but when I lost my job I decided to use my benefits instead. I don't think there is anything wrong with using benefits to pay for prostitutes, it's my money."
The 26-year-old spends all day trawling the internet looking for bargain basement women so he can stretch his benefit money as far as he can.
Mr Robinson, who has no plans to get a job, spunks most of his fortnightly benefits on prostitutes because he lives with pals who don't charge him rent.
The singleton, who claims it's an addiction, said: "I make 170 a fortnight with my JSA, so it doesn't last too long, as you can imagine. Luckily I live with some mates, who pay rent and feed me allowing me feed my addiction.
"The girls are happy to get paid for their work and I always treat them respectfully, it is just need to meet my needs, a simple transaction.
"I am not ashamed of what I do and apart from a two week shift doing a bit of carpentry, as I am a carpenter by trade, I have had no choice but to use state handouts to pay for it.
"I manage to get in at least two sessions with a call girl a week, and more if I manage to get hold of any extra money."
Although he admits to being addicted to sex he doesn't feel ashamed about it, and does not want any help, just more cash to spend on prostitutes.
He said: "You only live once and I don't want to regret anything when I'm older. My family and housemates don't know what I get up, even though the girls come to my place for sex - they just think I'm good at pulling.
"I will get a job at some point but at the moment, I am just enjoying myself and paying for sex.
"I have spent over 10k of benefits on hookers, it is a lot of money but it is money well spent in my opinion."
The TaxPayers' Alliance have spoken out over Mr Robinson's erotic expenditure.
Chief executive Jonathan Isaby said: "Taxpayers will be appalled that their money is being spent in such liberal fashion on prostitutes.
"It's not for the Government to tell people on benefits what they should spend their cash on, but when claimants make details like this public the Authorities are well within their rights to question their commitment to finding work."

I have to agree with his philosophy......
I know too many guys who got married then ended up with no sex at all. And after they got divorced, not only did they continue to have no sex but they had to continue to pay the ex........
