A public school district in North Carolina is allowing the use of a controversial fairy tale about gay marriage to be read in its elementary schools despite widespread community opposition.
Omar Currie, a former 3rd grade teacher at Efland-Cheeks Elementary School, read King & King—a book about two gay “princes” who fall in love and get married—to his third grade students in April after he said one student teased another by calling him “gay” in gym class.
Currie resigned this week after the parents of three students filed written complaints to the school media review committee. Meg Goodhand, the assistant principal at the school who loaned Currie her copy of the book to read to his third grade class, also resigned.
However, after several heated public debates attended by hundreds of people—in which Orange County sheriffs were on hand to keep the peace—the school review committee upheld the use of the book. …

I am not just talking about schools, rather society in general.
Look at homosexual-promoting commercials. Recent ones from Tylenol and Chobani Yogurt are just a couple. Look at prime-time TV shows (which I do not watch but am aware of). Look at pro sports. Look at many churches. Elected officials have nothing to do with this.
You can try to fight on but in my opinion, it is a lost cause.
What’s interesting to me is that these ultra-liberal NYC parents would object to gay material when it comes to their children. Maybe they’ll see the light about immigration when the illegals start raping their little blonde daughters.
That really is a fairy tale.
The community needs to wake up to the fact they own the schools. One visit to your local school board meeting and the problem is solved. If not, then conservative parents need to run for school board and vote the scum out. Stage a protest in front of the state education dept. Write letters to the editor and demand they are published. Include in those letters the names of the school board and the head honchos at the state level. And by all means do not send your kid to school the day it is read.

I already made one. How did the prophets and apostles respond to adversity? Primarily it was prayer. Evil increasing so rapidly in the world is a sign of the end times, remember; it is certainly an indication of the veracity of the God of the Bible.
Only if people continue to give those companies their business. You have other options of where to spend your dollars.
The School District immediately sued itself for using the term “fairy” in its’ curriculum.
