Two organizers were threatened at gunpoint
Only two?
The good citizens of South Carolina are very polite.

Bravo South Carolina!
I don’t know how much this has to do with Governor Haley or simply the SC culture, but these sound like my kind of people.
Now, where’s that number for United Van Lines...?

“Toxic environment”? Sounds like a job for the epa. Looking for searchlight in the sky. Oh, it’s too sunny. Maybe an emergency call on the Bat Sh** phone. Any charges filed against anyone for brandishing? Or are the onions just using that as an excuse for their failure to convince folks that all for one and one for all ain’t always a good thing.

As I understand it (from a thread posted yesterday) they were “threatened at gun point” during the course of their “program of home visits.”

If I was an all ready well-paid aerospace worker and these union thugs were proposing something that may negatively affect my employer, I’d show them my gun collection too, and escort them out the door.

*SNORT*
Suddenly, violent behavior by workers doesn't look all that good to union organizers, does it?

The union organizers have not yet figured out what it means when a southerner says, “Well bless your heart.”

Union organizer on porch = resident feared for life. Lucky there weren’t some new union martyrs.

if you have pushy people coming to your own home where your spouse and children are, what are you supposed to do when they refuse to leave?...
and I'll bet the whole "threatened at gunpoint" is way, way beyond embellishment...

Is that what they call extortion and intimidation these days? ;') Exactly. We know where you live, we know when you're at work and your wife and kids are at home alone, we know when you are out of town on a business trip...
These people are nasty.
This is what they call a "toxic environment." Little babies. Bullies. Can dish it out, but sure can't take it.

I’ve gone toe to toe with both IBEW and Teamsters organizers. I’m not impressed (or intimidated).

I suggest letting them feel the tip of a Bayonet. South Carolina has it gong on in manufacturing. BMW in Greer is largest car plant in world. Approx 2/3 of production is exported. Michelin has 8 plants there and Continental just built a big plant in Sumter.
They want jobs not stinking Obollas welfare.
