If you are single, you might occasionally browse personal ads from people looking for love. Please post words or phrases you consider red flags in personal ads. I am less concerned about obvious reg flags like "just got out of prison." I am more interested in subtle reg flags, euphemisms and words that put you off personally. But please feel free to post any type of red flag to keep the discussion flowing. Thank you.

I haven’t visited any of those sites for several years but my personal favorites were the liberals who express a love for all people and tolerance. They then write about their rabid hatred of all things conservative.

The most intolerant people on the planet are those who are intolerant of intolerance!

lots of catch phrases.

“fresh start” or “new beginning” means I misled my last boyfriend and I want someone else’s head to mess with.

“tired of the scene” means I’m getting too old to get guys to buy me drinks.

“loves to travel” means Want’s someone else to pay for it.

“looking for someone stable” means I got knocked up by the bad boy and I need someone to help me raise his child or I got abused by the bad boys and I need someone to reinforce my self esteem until the next one comes around.

They find creative ways to describe themselves physically like “Rubenesque”, “full figured”, “normal”, “average”, “comfortable”, “athletic” all translated to fat and/or ugly.
