They had to fund a study for that? I believe that stuff was in my 9th grade biology book.

That’s the headline. The article says that growing crops absorb CO2 and reduce it in the atmosphere and dying or harvested crops release CO2 back into the atmosphere. Back when schools used to teach stuff it was in the science book.

The earth atmosphere only has 0.038 percent Carbon dioxide so it should take Millions of years to kill us

And your point is ?

Let me cut to the chase.

Virtually every aspect of life and very likely every aspect of life and what is required to sustain life is a part of a “system”. A system that requires three or more components in order to function. It’s the whole thermodynamics thing. Nothing is ever destroyed, only transferred.

Nothing happens in a vacuum. There is in fact no such thing as “nothing”.

This scientific reality is what drives liberals and global warming alarmist mad. It drives them mad because there is absolutely no reason for these facts to be so. They hate the fact that c02 feeds people since they think people are the problem. They have a serious guilt problem.

BTW, they have boxed themselves into a corner on this issue.

These are people that reject Gods creation and embrace the holistic view of universal connectedness. It won’t be long before they blame aliens, which are always superior, for our climate changes.

What is truly amazing is how this discussion has made it’s way into our culture.

Why, how, have so many people become so F88cking stupid that this “climate change” thing is their life ?

Out here we IS stoned

They have it backwards. Raising CO2 increases crop production. That’s why they pump it into real greenhouses.

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a science article written by someone not understanding the topic. It’s incompetent writing checked by an incompetent editor.

It is the most truthful thing I have read by an enviroweenie. At least they put in writing that plants produce C02.

Some call it heavenly in it’s brilliance
Others, mean and rueful of the Western dream
I love the friends I have gathered together on this thin raft
We have constructed pyramids in honor of our escaping
This is the land where the Pharaoh died

The Negroes in the forest brightly feathered
They are saying, “Forget the night.
Live with us in forests of azure.

Wait, let me get this straight. Corn production makes more CO2? I thought growing corn to make ethanol was going to save us all.

My God, how beautiful women used to look in the old days. We have lost so much in this country.

Remember when we were in Africa?

Africa and South America is now in US.

All they know and understand is that there MUST BE a government that is in control.

They don’t recognize anything other than a central government. The concepts outlined in our constitution are completely alien to them and are therefore rejected. They don’t get individualism.

Liberals/Progs want to import as many of these folks as possible.

These libs/progs hate the fact that human nature is inclined to capitalism. They hate that our constitution allows for the free expression of individuals.

Their goal seems to flood our country and convince the media that there must be some form of government that will act in their best interest. They have convinced the uninitiated that Dems want to do things FOR THEM, and repubs want to do things TO THEM !!

The real multiplier of heat is water—something the enviro wacks dare not touch as the very basis of life cannot be extirpated in their search of commie hell. But the entire premise is wrong; this is all political; hang on to your wallet—which is what they really want.

Yes, the really significant green house gas is water vapor, ie humidity.

Scientists have revealed that levels of carbon dioxide increase in the Northern Hemisphere during summers each year as plants absorb carbon dioxide to convert sunlight into food. The CO2 levels again rise as the plants release CO2 after the growing season.

Wow man it's like the planet is breathing.

So it was Kennedy and not Obama who repealed this silly basic law of chemistry?

So more CO2 comes out at the end of the season than was taken in? I thought the CO2 taken in by plants was used to make sugars and oxygen with a smaller amount of CO2 exhaled mostly at night.

You really want to tie these libs in a knot? Tell them legalizing marijuana leads to increased CO2 levels in the atmosphere. (Whether it’s true or not.)
