A potential shortlist going off this last congressional period and the bizarre antics from the minority party, many of whom got acclaim for idiocy during congressional investigations into the IRS scandal among other things.
CHARLIE RANGEL (NY-13) - Has been going overboard on the race card recently with insane accusations against Obama's opponents that almost reach James Clyburn levels of acclaim. Clearly angry Dems got their butts whooped, he's been indicted more times than I've had hot meals.
GERRY CONNOLLY (VA-11) - He looks like a fool. He is a fool. He doesn't think the IRS did anything. A butterball worth punching.
FRANK PALLONE (NJ-6) - Hothead ultra-lib eager to deny ANY wrongdoing by rats, he beclowns his own position on the Energy & Commerce committee. He hates being in the minority. What a douche.
FREDERICA WILSON (FL-24) - "Trayvoooon was hunted down... like a rabid dog!" I bet she has a bald patch under those ridiculous hats.
MAXINE WATERS (CA-43) - Can never escape such a list, this woman is as dumb as a box of rocks and wanted to Venezuelify the oil industry.
LUIS GUTIERREZ (IL-4) - The biggest amnesty pimp in world history. Disagree? Racist!
ALAN GRAYSON (FL-9) - Wife beater and all round insane asshole, I cannot believe he was elected a third time!
CORRINE BROWN (FL-5) - Has the distinction of 'dumbest congresswoman in history'.
And now...

JAMES CLYBURN (SC-6) - Does anything need to be said about this piece of ****?

I transcribe congressional hearings and she is hands down the most obnoxious.
I wavered on whether to include her or not. Yes, she is a witch and dresses like she just stumbled out of a yard sale bombing, but I haven’t seen much of her since 2012.
Debbie (Downer) Wasserman Schultz, Sheila Jackson Lee, Forgive me for saying it, but poor Gabby Giffords, for allowing herself (and her predicament which has made her famous) to be used by the party for the wrong reasons.
Since Henry Waxman retired and Sandy Fluke didn’t get in, it’s hard to pick a #3.
