The father called 911 around 1 a.m. after he walked in on the alleged abuse, police said. When officers arrived, they found Raymond Frolander motionless on the living room floor. He had several knots on his face and was bleeding from the mouth.
"He is nice and knocked out on the floor for you," the father told the 911 dispatcher. "I drug him out to the living room."
The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that the father - who was not identified by police - told investigators he walked in as Frolander was abusing the boy.
When asked by the 911 dispatcher if any weapons were involved, the father said "my foot and my fist."
The father has not been charged with any crime.
"Dad was acting like a dad. I don't see anything we should charge the dad with," Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood said. "You have an 18-year-old who has clearly picked his target, groomed his target and had sex with the victim multiple times."

In the UK or Australia the father would be the one charged for the beating. According to their law it was totally unnecessary. He’s to be talked to before calling the law.

If we had a justice system in this country, he’d be getting all of the kinky sex he wanted at the Iron Bar Hotel. Unfortunately, he’ll probably only get six months probation. “Judges” seem to have a thing for sexual deviants these days.

LOL’s - yeah, there was a story in a paper from Scotland where homeowners were advised to talk to the home invader, try to talk them out of injuring the homeowner and his family. Big article on things to say. Right - have tea, chat about the weather, etc. In Australia there was a case where a guy busted into this house and struggled with the homeowner. The home invader had a knife. During the struggle the invader got stabbed. The only reason, only reason the homeowner wasn’t charged is because the jury could not determine who actually was in control of the knife. Scary, huh?
