Coca-Cola drew lots of negative reaction when it aired its multilingual America the Beautiful ad during the Super Bowl, but the company is defending its commercial and plans to release an even longer version of it during the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games today.
The worlds largest beverage company fired back at critics of the companys take on the patriotic song, performed in English, Hindi, Spanish and four other languages.

Coke still uses HFCS. I can get Pepsi (and Mountain Dew) made with real sugar in a Wal-Mart that caters to Mexicans and Asians.
I gave up on Coke when they bailed on the organization that wanted to ensure fair elections. I always buy the store brand of soda.

Yeah, I have to agree that one item is WORST downside to the script, by far. They could have found another much better American hero, say, Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger.

I recently noticed that Home Depot has a huge stack of Coca-Cola in glass bottles “Bottled in Mexico.”
No problema.
The American people will simply BOYCOTT Coca Cola.

I used to drink a couple a day. The doctor said they were giving me kidney stones. (He worked out the chemical formulae and, yep, it resulted in the stones I had.) Gave it up, dropped 10 pounds in a short time. Felt healthier and better. My constant upset stomach and ulcers disappeared. When I had a sip several years later, I thought somebody had slipped me battery acid. Foul. Just say no to coke. You’ll be glad you did.

Yes, but the Mexican Cokes cost $1 to $1.25 at the local grocery stores. The Pepsis in cans (12 pack) cost the same as the other Pepsico products.
